how long to treat

  1. spot treatment w/ antifungal (no corticosteroids)

  3. weekly whole body treatments (lime sulfur dip, chlorhexidine, antifungal shampoos and systemic tx)

two weeks beyond clinical cure and 2 negative fungal cultures 1 week apart
