  1. Treating dermatologic manifestations of an allergic response (like chlorpheniramine)
  2. Pre-operative medication for sedation, anti-emetic properties, anticholinergic effects (promethazine)
  3. For controlling the symptoms of parkinsonism (diphenhydramine)
