100 per minute

What do you keep the non-compressing time to for adults?

10 secs or less

How many cycles of adult CPR should there be?

5 cycles of 30:2 CPR and should take about 2 minutes

In adults, each ventilation should be given about how far apart?

About 1 second

What are the first 3 things you should do for CPR adults?

--"The scene is safe"
-- Est unresponsiveness - shake and shout "are you ok?"
-- Activate EMS "You call 911" and get an AED

What 4 things should you do after calling 911?

-- Open the airway
-- look, listen, and feel for breathing/signs of life
-- start 30 compressoins (2 hands stacked)
-- 2 breaths each

Continue CPR for how long?

-- until help arrives
-- AED becomes available
-- scene becomes unsafe
-- obvious signs of life

What do you do if the patient vomits during CPR?

Roll them onto their side, clear the airway, then roll back and continue CPR
