9
Q

Tell me about the 5-point scale and PET-CT

A

The 5-PS is based on the visual assessment of FDG uptake in involved sites relative to the mediastinum and liver.

Score of 1 = no abnormal FDG-avidity
Score of 2 = uptake less than mediastinum
Score of 3 = uptake greater than the mediastinum, but lesser than the liver
Score of 4 = uptake greater than the liver
Score of 5 = uptake greater than the liver and with new sites of disease

When does CD20 expressed ?

A

Appears later with the light chain rearrangement

29
Q

What is useful in the diagnostic work-up of T-cell lymphomas?

Semen cryopreservation
IVF
Ovarian tissue cryopreservation
Ovarian locate cryopreservation
Oophoropexy
