Meniere’s Disease

A

Often unilateral, can be bilateral
Audiogram will loos the same as someone w/ similar level of HL but WORD RECOGNITION low
Symptoms affect membranous inner ear
-fullness, roaring tinnitus, trouble w/ speech recog, turning & whirling sensations, vomiting
