Vital signs

CV, HEENT, fundoscopic and neurologic exams

73 yo M with acute loss of vision in L eye
+ palpitations
+ SOB
+ Hx of a. fib. and cataracts
+ no eye pain, discharge, redness or photophobia
+ no HA, weakness or numbness

A

Retinal artery occlusion
Retinal vein occlusion
Acute angle-closure glaucoma

Fluorescein angiogram, echocardiography, doppler US - carotid, intraocular tonometry, ESR, temporal artery biopsy, CBC
