A

if the patient is optimized and discharge with their cpap- they are appropriate

presumptive diagnosis of osa- if post op pain can be managed with nonopoid analgesics & their co morbid conditions are optimized- they are candidates.

plume should be suctioned and evacuated from surgical field
plume-smoke and vapors from cutting with laser
