a. H. influenzae type b
b. N. meningitidis
c. S. pneumoniae

b. Group A beta hemolytic Strep.

PE findings with bacteremia

No consistantly present findings on history or exam, except for fever.

Temp <39C --> low likelihood of positive blood cultures.

sxs of tracheobronchial Foreign Bodies

i. 50% show air trapping
ii. 12% atelectasis
iii. 18% signs of infection
iv. 24% normal
v. Suspected Respiratory FB may need CT or bronchoscopy to confirm the dx
