What's the worst way bacteria can enter the body?

Intramuscular (deep laceration). Few pathogens can actually multiply in the bloodstream (hence why it's not IV)

What are ubiquitous organisms?

Organism that are found everywhere in the environment - don't infect healthy people or cause epidemics. Only multiply when illness/injury introduces them to an ordinarily sterile part of the body
