Plasma cell leukemia

A

One of the most aggressive neoplasms
2-4% of plasma cell disorders
CD 20 commonly found, CD 56 lacking
Combo of features of leukemia and MM

Plasmacytoma

A

Malignant plasma cell tumor in soft tissue or the axial skeleton
Tx: radiotherapy
Most progress to MM in 2-4 yrs
