    - irrtable
    - rapid pulse
    - with/without fever

  • large joint (hip or knee)
  • pseudoparalysis
  • rapid pulse
  • swining fever

Kocher Criteria

u/s - joint effusion, widening of joint space
x-ray- slight sublixation, widening joint space
mri - sternoclavicular, sacroiliac joint (obscure joint?)

  1. supportive
    - anelgesic
    - hydration
  2. splintage
    - joint disclocation
  3. drainafw
    - arthroscopic
  4. antibiotics

A
