Clostridium botulinum:
botulism, flaccid paralysis, 12-36 hrs, boil for 20 min
Clostridium tetani:
rusty nails, 8 days, tetanus, lock jaw, and spastic paralysis
Clostridium perfringens:
wound, brown bubbles, 24-72 hrs, gas gangrene
Mycobacterium:
rods, TB and leprosy (hansen’s), Tine(scratch test), Mantoux(inject test), acid fast stain, lesions with scales that fall off

Thayer-Martin, diploe cocci, gonorrhea, STD, infantile vagina, cervix
Neisseria meningitidis:
menengitis and bacteremia
Pseudomonas aeruginosa:
hot tubs, blue/green pus, burn infections, hosptialized
