  1. Aversion training: smell, smelling salts (gross) every time they have bad fantasies to make the activity unpleasant to the offender.
  2. Masturbatory Satiation Therapy: masturbate after ejaculation - unpleasant
  3. Covert sensitization : graphic details of things that are not tied to the fantasy to make it unpleasant.
    - -> they all are used to make sexual activity unpleasant for the offender
