Breifly , what is the patholphisiology of Psoriasis?
Keratinocytes under stress release interlukins and TNF etc
Dendritic cells activate who then activate T cells
T cells are attracted to dermis and release a bunch of Interlukins
This stimulates keratinocyte proliferation and AMP release.
What is AMP?
Anti-microbial Peptide
Which antibody is associated with Type 1 Hypersensitivity ?
