  • Dysphagie,
  • Regurgitation,
  • retrosternales Völlegefühl,
  • Gewichtsabnahme,
  • evtl. Aspirationspneumonie,
  • Beschwerden über lange Zeit/ Jahre (Beschwerden bei Ösophaguskarzinom entwickeln sich in deutlich kürzerer Zeit)

Diagnostik:

  • Röntgen: Ösophagus-Breischluck
  • Ösophagoskopie mit Biopsien zum Ausschluss eines Karzinoms
  • Manometrie?

Therapie

A
  • Methode der Wahl:
    • Ballondilatation*
  • Medikatmentös:
    • Nifedipin 30 min vor Nahrungsaufnahme
  • Injektion von Botulinum-Toxin
  • operative oder laparoskopische Myotomie des unteren Ösophaqussphinkters*
