Medial Pectoral Nerve
Comes from the Medial cord (C8 and T1). Pectoralis Major and Minor
Long thoracic Nerve
Comes from C5, 6, 7. Serratus anterior muscle.
Lateral Pectoral Nerve
comes from Lateral Cord (c5, 6, 7). Pectoralis Major.
Musculocutaneous Nerve
Comes from Lateral Cord (C5, 6, 7). Innervates Biceps Brachii, Coracobrachialis, Brachialis.
Radial Nerve (before it branches deep and superficial)
Comes from Posterior cord (C5, 6, 7, 8, T1). Innervates triceps, Brachioradialis, Extensor carpi Radialis longus.
Deep Branch of Radial Nerve
Comes from the radial nerve. Innervates Extensor Carpi Radialis Brevis, Extensor Digitorum, Extensor Dititorum minimi, Extensor Carpi Ulnaris, Anconeus, Suprinator, Abdactor Pollicis Longus, Extensor Pollicis Brevis, Extensor Indicis. (AKA the deep branch innervates everything on the posterior forearm, might be easier to remember)
Median Nerve (Before it branches to the interosseus nerves)
Comes from the Medial and Lateral Cord (C5, 6, 7, 8, T1). Innervates Pronator teres, Flexor carpi radials, palmaris longus, Flexor digitorum superficialis, Flexor Pollicis Longus,
Anterior Interosseus Nerve
Comes from Median Nerve. Innervates Pronator Quadratus.
Ulnar Nerve (Before it branches to the deep and superficial Ulnar nerves)
Comes form the Medial cord (C8 and T1, some C7). Innervates Flexor carpi Ulnaris.
Superficial Branch of Ulnar Nerve
Comes from Ulnar Nerve. Innervates Palmaris Brevis.
Accessory Nerve
C11. Trapezius.
Thoracodorsal Nerve
Comes off from the posterior cord (C6, 7, 8). Latissimus Dorsi.
Dorsal Scapular nerve
Comes off C5 root. Rhomboid Minor and Major and levator Scapulae.
Axillary Nerve
Comes from Posterior Cord (C5, 6). Innervates Deltoid, Teres Minor.
Suprascapular Nerve
Comes from the Superior Trunk (C5, 6). Innervates Supraspinatus, Infraspinatus.
