The MTS Program is a voluntary program for NETC instructors, designed to develop and qualify those individuals who possess advanced knowledge, skills, and abilities that will enhance the delivery of quality education and training in the Navy. Individuals who are designated as an MTS are expected to take a leadership role and mentor, instruct and evaluate other instructors and develop curricula products.
