MC cause of congenital hydro due to obstruction
Hydro in kidney only
Assoc: contralateral MCDK, agenesis
UVJ
Dilated upper pole kidney and pelvis
May be due to ureter duplication with ureterocele
PUV
MC cause of bladder obstruction
Males
Hydro both kidneys, ureters, keyhole bladder, oligohydramnios
Urethral atresia
Bilateral hydro, enlg bld, oligohydramnios, cystic renal Dysplasia over time.

Deficient abd muscle
Cryptorchidism
GU anomalies
Big belly
ARPKD
Enlg kidneys, spongy, tiny cyst, Echogenic
Bilateral
No bladder
Severe oligo/anhydramnios

MC cystic renal Dysplasia

Contralateral UPJ or agenesis

Inc echoes between cysts
