• Obtain written sign off/approvals by the Owner at the end of each phase
• Documentation and approvals of key decisions
• Develop library of details
• Third party peer review (senior staff not involved in the project may review)
• Procedures in place for coordinating with consultants
• Development of procedures and checklists as the drawings are in the Construction Documents Phase
