How to record a faulty goods claim?
- E-mail or letter the business and clearly state your problem with the product and descrobe what you feel is the best solution to the problem
- If you are unable to settle with the business then you are able to use an Alternative Dispute Resolution scheme
- The scheme will use a mediator or ombudsmen to try and reach a conclusion between you and the business
- A fee maybe charged if using the scheme, but this is refunded if you are successful in an agreement
