When do I double on an Inner Standard Holding Game?
(1) Four or less on 13 point, (2) Have the 8 and 6 points, (3) at least 14 pips up. It is a Take for the other player.
What is a Bonus Inner Holding Game?
Have the 7 points (in addition to the 8 and 6)
What it the External Holding Game? And, do I double?
Player has the 7 point for the anchor. Still a double if other conditions hold (less than 4 on 13, hold the 8 point, up by 14 pips)
