ANTERIOR cervical adenopathy
absence of cough

2-3 = culture
4-5 = antibiotics
or 2+ antibiotic

IV antibio (ceftizoxime/cefuroxime)
IV corticosteroid (dex)
THEN oral ABX/steroid taper
Intubation (rapid dyspnea)
