DANISH PASTRIES
D - dysdiadochokinesis
A - ataxia
N - nystagmus (recall cerebellar nystagmus is away from lesion)
I - intention tremor
S - staccato speech/scanning dysarthria
H - hypotonia/hyporeflexia and heel-shin test
P - past pointing
PASTRIES is also useful mnemonic for causes of cerebellar dysfunction
