MONA- Aspirin 300mg, Oxygen if under 94%, Morphine if severe pain, Nitrates- sublingual or IV- caution if hypotensive

Fondaparinux if no immediate PCI planned

If low risk on GRACE- ticagrelor

High risk on GRACE- prausgrel or ticagrelor- PCI immediately if unstable or within 72 hours
Unfractionated heparin
