• any procedure detailing reset of a circuit breaker (pull out and push in) may only be done 1 time
• if the procedures do not fix the issue must be MEL or rectified prior to dispatch

At 10k or below and no turbulence or bank angle greater than 30 degrees. At transient airspeed of Vmo - Vmo+6 an inspection is required for evidence of a birdstrike. If no strike no entry required
