• ~2/3 visual hallucinations (~70%)

Additional:

• Neuroleptic sensitivity (severe)
• SPECT/ PET changes
• ~2/3 systematised delusions (70%)
• 40-50% have depressive episode
• Recurrent falls, syncope, LOC
