A

persistent GORD - occurs in 10%

A

endoscopy shows change in epithelium

biopsy to screen for cancer presence

A

increased assessment due to dysplasia
PPI (omeprazole or lansoprazole)
Endoscopic mucosal resection
Radiofrequency ablation
