A

LFTs show cholestatic pattern
increased IgM
AMA+ve, ANA+ve
liver biopsy

A
urseodeocycholic acid 
azathioprine (immunosuppression)
prednisolone (steroid) 
treat complications (osteoperosis)
liver transplant

A

most will not develop symptoms

majority of people with PBC symptoms do not develop liver failure BUT still common cause for liver transplantation
