I’ve done hands-on projects like PC troubleshooting and building Excel projects. I’m eager to join your IT team, gain real-world experience, and grow into a Business Intelligence professional.
Why are you interested in Business Intelligence?
I’m interested in Business Intelligence because I enjoy turning raw data into meaningful insights. I love how BI connects technology and decision-making. Learning tools like SQL and Power BI excites me because they help businesses work smarter, and that’s exactly the kind of work I want to do.

What relevant experience do you have?
I’ve done hands-on IT work like PC troubleshooting and building Excel projects for my organisation for data tracking. I’m comfortable with Microsoft tools currently learning SQL, Power BI, and Python. I may be new, but I’m quick to learn and ready to apply my knowledge in real projects.
Describe a time you learned something new quickly
When I first started troubleshooting computers, I didn’t know much about hardware. I researched the issue, watched tutorials, and followed step-by-step guides until I fixed it. It showed me how quickly I can pick up new skills when I stay focused and curious.
How do you handle teamwork or conflicts
I believe good teamwork comes from communication and respect. In group projects, I made sure everyone’s ideas were heard and that we divided tasks fairly. If there was conflict, I stayed calm, listened, and focused on finding a solution so the team could move forward.
Where do you see yourself in 1-3 years?
In the next few years, I see myself as a skilled BI developer who’s confident in SQL, Power BI, and Python. I want to grow in a company where I can take on more responsibility, work on meaningful projects, and keep improving my technical and analytical skills.

I stay motivated by focusing on progress instead of perfection. I break big topics into small goals and remind myself why I’m learning them. Knowing that each new skill—like SQL or Power BI—brings me closer to my dream career keeps me going.
Are you willing to learn new technologies?
Definitely. I love learning new tools and systems. I’m already learning SQL, Power BI, and Python, and I’d be excited to grow my skills in C#, Azure, and other BI technologies to become a stronger team member.

I plan my time carefully, break the work into smaller tasks, and focus on one thing at a time. I stay organised and avoid distractions. If a challenge comes up, I communicate early and focus on finishing the job well and on time.
