The term for a kind of literature. The three major genres of literature are poetry, drama and the novel (prose- a piece of writing not in verse) these kinds may be subdivided into many other genres such as narrative verse, tragedy, comedy, short story, etc.


What does melodrama mean?

A sensational dramatic piece with exaggerated characters and exciting events intended to appeal to the emotions.


Explain melodrama in a View from the Bridge...

Some critics see A View from the Bridge as melodramatic because of its violent ending.


State climax in a view from the bridge...

In A View from the Bridge the climax is discovered when Marco turns the knife on Eddie and kills him.
