The commander shall insure they recieve a briefing on safety procedures.

On the ground :

• When receiving ATC Clearance
• When engines are running

In flight :

• from Start UP to top of CLIMB and from Top of descent to Parking.
• when only 1 pilot is monitoring ATC Frequency
