Well’s score for PE: Add the number of points allocated to
- clinical signs of DVT
- PE number 1 diagnosis or equally likely
- heart rate > 100
- immobilisation at least 3 days or surgyery in previous 4 weeks
- previous PE/DVT
- haemoptysis
- malignancy with treatment within 6 months or palliative

< 2 low risk < 1.3 % chance of PE, consider D-dimer or PERC
2-6 moderate risk, 16% chance PE consider D-dimer or CTPA
> 6 high risk, 37% chance of PE ue CTPA. D-dimer is not recommended
