Why do we breathe?

because i hate this.

when u do it unconsciously , where you dont exhange gasses as well

lungs, cadrio disorders, digestive disorders, immune and mood disorders.

What is prana?

universal force of life, breath, thought to be bbrought into the body through the breath

What is the 4-7-8 technique?

relaxation technique, sit up straight, close eyes gently, inspire through nose for 4, hold for 7, out through mouth over tongue to do lizard noise

What is hypnosis?

Highly responsive to suggestion, able to follow instruction, heightened awareness

What is primary suggestibility?

Describing the treatment and how good it is

What is secondary suggestibility?

After they list their goals and how you're gonna accomplish them

What is permissive tests?

Allowing the pt to relax

What is authoritative tests?

Saying "you will relax"

What can hyponosis do?

Relieve stress, quit smoking, reduce fears. Reduce weight, increase self esteem

What is positive self talk?

Telling yourself that everything is good. Makes u feel good.

What does hypnosis connect with?

Your subconscious mind.
