Stabilize shoulder with one hand. Pte makes a fist, flexes elbow and extends wirst. Examiner places other hand on top of pte's fist and pull. Pte resists.
Pain in lateral epicondyle
Similar to Cozen's test, except pte extends elbow and extends wrist. Examiner stabilizes shoulder with one hand, then grab fist with the other and tries to flex wrist (push fingers in). Pte resists.
Pain over later epicondyle
Extensor digitorum communis MMT
Pte's fingers are flexed, then tries to extend the finger at the MCP joint
Pain over lateral epicondyle
Ligamentous instability test of the elbow
Grab the pte's elbow with one hand and then the wrist with the other, apply abduction and adduction force
Excessive medial and lateral deviation
Medial or lateral collateral ligament sprain

Seated elbow flexion test
Pte fully flex elbow in front of chest with wrist extension. Shoulder abduct and depress down. Hold for 3-5 mins
