Superiorly - imaginary line connecting medial and lateral epi condyles
Medially - flexor muscles of forearm arising from medial epi condyle
Laterally - extensor muscles from lateral epi condyle
Floor - brachialis and supinator muscles of arm and forearm
Roof - deep fascia, biciptal aponeurosis, sei periodical fascia, veins and skin
