What is linea terminalis?
-Boundary of entry into the true pelvis (lesser pelvis)

-Round inlet
-Straight side walls

-Well-rounded greater sciatic notch

What is assessed during a pelvic clinical assessment?
-Pelvic inlet (anteroposterior diameter)
-Mid-pelvis (straight sidewalls and bispinous diameter)
-Pelvic outlet (Distance between iscial tuberosities and infrapubic angle)

What are the pelvic conjugates?
-Measurements of the anteroposterior diameter of the pelvis
-Anatomic conjugate from sacral promontory to superior border of pubic symphysis
-Obstetric conjugate from sacral promontory to midpoint pubic symphysis
-Diagonal conjugate from sacral promomtory to inferior border of pubic symphysis
